# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Hong Kong) Order 1990, Paragraph 5


In section 5–
(a) in subsections (1) and (2)(a), (b), (c), (d) and (g) for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”;
(b) in subsection (2)(e)(iv) after the words “United Kingdom” there shall be added the words “or security of Hong Kong”; and
(c) in subsection (2)(f) there shall be substituted for the words “United Kingdom” the words “Hong Kong”.
