# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Hong Kong) Order 1990, Paragraph 9


In section 9–
(a) in subsection (1) for the words “justice of the peace” there shall be substituted the word “magistrate”, and for the words “Secretary of State” there shall be substituted the word “Governor”; and
(b) subsection (6) shall be omitted.
