  "text": "(1) The Outer Space Act 1986 (Isle of Man) Order 1990 is amended as follows.\n(2) In articles 2 and 3 after “Outer Space Act 1986” insert “as amended by section 12(1) to (4) of the Deregulation Act 2015”.\n(3) In the Schedule, after paragraph 4 insert—\n“4A. In section 6, after subsection (3) insert—\n“(4) The Secretary of State may vary any licence that is held at the time when the Outer Space Act 1986 (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2019 comes into force so as to specify the maximum amount of the licensee’s liability under section 10 in respect of activities authorised by the licence.\n(5) A variation under subsection (4) is to be made by giving notice in writing to the licensee.”.”.",
