# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order extends the Outer Space Act 1986 to bodies incorporated under the law of the Bailiwick of Jersey and applies that Act to the Bailiwick subject to the exceptions and modifications specified in the Schedule to the Order.
