# The Outer Space Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 1990, Paragraph 11


(1) In section 15(4)—
(a) for “commencement of this Act” there shall be substituted “date on which the Outer Space Act 1986 (Jersey) Order 1990 comes into force”, and
(b) for “after commencement” there shall be substituted “after that date”.
(2) Section 15(2), (3), (5) and (6) shall be omitted.
