In section 12—

(a)

in subsection (2), for the words from “on indictment” to the end there shall be substituted “to a fine”;

(b)

in subsection (4), for “the United Kingdom” where first appearing and “any place in the United Kingdom” there shall be substituted “the Bailiwick of Jersey”, and

(c)

in subsection (6), for “United Kingdom” wherever appearing there shall be substituted “Bailiwick of Jersey”.
