Laid before Parliament 19th October 1990
Coming into force 12th November 1990
The Secretary of State for Energy (as respects England and Wales) and the Secretary of State for Scotland (as respects Scotland), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 37(2)(c), 60 and 64 of the Electricity Act 1989 and of all other enabling powers, hereby make the following Regulations:–
