Article 1 Citation, commencement and effect

This Order may be cited as the Overseas Life Assurance Fund (Amendment) Order 2000, shall come into force on 1st September 2000, and shall have effect in relation to accounting periods of a company beginning on or after 1st January 2000 and ending on or after 1st September 2000.
