Article 6 Consequential revocations and repeal

In consequence of the amendments made by Articles 3(3) and 4(2)(b) of this Order, Articles 4(2) and 5(b), (c) and (d) of the Overseas Life Assurance (Amendment) Order 1994^f1 are revoked.

In consequence of the amendment made by Article 4(4) of this Order, paragraph 4 of Schedule 28 to the Finance Act 1996 (substitution of paragraph 5(7) of Schedule 19AA) is repealed.
