Coming into force 1st July 1996

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 11, 11A, 12 and 13(2) and (4) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury^f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
