Laid before Parliament 12th March 1999
Coming into force 1st May 1999
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 11, 11A, 12 and 13(2) and (4) of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
