# The Overseas Service (Pensions Supplement) Regulations 1995, Paragraph 3: Amount of supplement on notional pension


The amount of supplement on a notional pension shall be the amount of the addition determined in accordance with paragraphs 5 to 10 less the total overseas increase determined in accordance with paragraph 11.
