Paragraph 5 Determination of addition on the notional pension

The addition in respect of the notional pension shall be the sum of the additions in respect of the pensions comprised in it, and for the purpose only of this provision the additions in respect of those pensions shall be determined in accordance with Part III but subject to the special rules in relation to the application of section 6 of the Act set out in paragraphs 6 to 9, and subject also to paragraph 10 where applicable.
