# The Overseas Service (Pensions Supplement) Regulations 1995, Paragraph 9: Determination of addition on the notional pension


Where for the pensions in respect of which section 6 of the Act is applicable in accordance with Part III included in the notional pension the aggregate amount of their 1969 standards is less than the aggregate amount of their 1971 rates section 6(1) of the Act shall apply to the increase of all those pensions but otherwise section 6(1) shall not apply to the increase of any of them.
