Article 2 Amendment of paragraph 26 of Order of 1961

Paragraph 26(3) of the Overseas Service Superannuation Order 1961 is amended by the substitution for head (b) of the following head—

‘(‘(b)

“ notional graduated retirement benefit” means the amount of the minimum rate of equivalent pension benefits applicable under the provisions of Part II of the National Insurance Act 1959 in respect of any period of his non-participating service;’.’ means the amount of the minimum rate of equivalent pension benefits applicable under the provisions of Part II of the National Insurance Act 1959 in respect of any period of his non-participating service;’.
