Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Zimbabwe) (Restrictive Measures) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 17 November 2005.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Overseas Territories (Zimbabwe) (Restrictive Measures) Order 2002^f1.
