Article 3 Amendment of the principal Order

After Article 2(3) of the principal Order the following new paragraph shall be inserted:

“(4)

For the purpose of identifying a “listed person” referred to in paragraph (1), the Governor shall cause a notice containing the names and other particulars of such listed persons to be published in the Gazette of the Territory from time to time.”
