Article 5 Modification of the 1990 Act and the Listed Buildings Act
The provisions specified in Part 2 of Schedule 29 to the 1980 Actf1 have effect in relation to the Corporation and to the development area with the modifications specified in that Part, and with the further modification that any reference in that Part of that Schedule to an urban development corporation is to be read as a reference to a Mayoral development corporationf2.
