# Oxford University Act 1854, Section 13: Non-residence to create a vacancy.


If any of the members of the Hebdomadal Council other than the Chancellor of the University shall reside for less than twenty-four weeks during term time in any year, his seat shall at or before the close of such year be declared by the Vice-Chancellor and shall thereupon become vacant.
