  "text": "(1) The parish of Cholsey is divided into two wards named respectively—\n(a) Cholsey;\n(b) Winterbrook.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Eleven councillors are to be elected for Cholsey ward.\n(4) Two councillors are to be elected for Winterbrook ward.",
