  "text": "(1) The parish of Chesterton is divided into two wards named respectively—\n(a) Chesterton North;\n(b) Chesterton Village.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Four councillors are to be elected for Chesterton Village ward.\n(4) Two councillors are to be elected for Chesterton North ward.",
