  "text": "(1) The following Regulations are revoked—\n(a) the Ozone-Depleting Substances (Qualifications) Regulations 2009 ;\n(b) the Environmental Protection (Controls on Ozone-Depleting Substances) Regulations 2011 .\n(2) The following provisions are revoked—\n(a) articles 27 and 43 of the Agriculture, Animals, Environment and Food, etc. (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2012 ;\n(b) paragraph 314 of Schedule 4 to the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013 .",
