  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/3288) so as to permit an organiser, retailer and approved body to enter into a bonding arrangement with a person authorised in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man to carry on the business of entering into bonds. Further they permit an approved body to have insurance cover with an insurer authorised in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. In addition these Regulations update the reference to a member State to include reference to any state in the European Economic Area (regulation 2).",
