# The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 1998, Regulation 10: Concentration levels of heavy metals present in packaging


Regulations 7, 8 and 9 shall not apply to packaging which is made entirely of lead crystal glass as defined in Directive 69/493/EEC.
