# The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 1998, Regulation 11: Requirement for technical documentation


The responsible person shall at the request of the enforcement authority submit technical documentation or other information showing that packaging complies with the essential requirements and the heavy metals concentration limits set out in regulations 7, 8 and 9 above.
