  "text": "(1) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 8(a) is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction—\n(i) in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(ii) in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.\n(b) on conviction on indictment in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.\n(2) A person guilty of an offence under regulation 8(b) is liable on summary conviction—\n(a) in England and Wales, to a fine;\n(b) in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
