# The Padstow Harbour Revision Order 1987, Article 23: Powers to grant management leases


Notwithstanding anything in this or any other statutory provision of local application, the Commissioners for the purposes of or in connection with the management of the undertaking may lease or grant the use or occupation of or any easement, servitude or other right or interest in or over any lands, work, buildings, machinery, equipment or other property of the Commissioners for such period or periods, at such rents and considerations and on such terms and conditions as shall be agreed between the Commissioners and the person taking the same.
