# The Padstow Harbour Revision Order 1987, Article 39: Recovery of charges


In addition to any other remedy afforded by this Order and by the Act of 1847 as incorporated with this Order, and whether or not the demand required by section 44 of that Act has been made, the Commissioners may recover charges as a debt in any court of competent jurisdiction.
