# The Padstow Harbour Revision Order 1987, Article 41: Exemption of Officers


Officers of the Department of Transport and of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and constables acting in the execution of their duty shall at all times have free ingress, passage and egress to, along and from the Port without payment.
