# The Padstow Harbour Revision Order 1987, Article 44: Reserve fund


The Commissioners may establish and maintain a reserve fund and may determine the monies to be carried to the credit of that fund, the management thereof and the application for the purposes of the Commissioners of the monies comprised therein.
