# The Palm Paper Mill Generating Station Order 2016, Article 5: Maintenance of authorised development

Extent: E+W+S

The undertaker may, at any time and to the extent assessed in the environmental statement, maintain the authorised development, except to the extent that this Order, or an agreement made under this Order, provides otherwise.
