# The Palm Paper Mill Generating Station Order 2016, Paragraph 13: Control of noise during operational phase

Extent: E+W+S

(1) No part of the authorised development may commence operation until a scheme for noise management (including monitoring and attenuation) during the operation of the authorised development has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority.
(2) The scheme for noise management must be implemented as approved and maintained during the operation of the authorised development.
