# The Parent Governor Representatives (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 10: Voting rights of parent governor representatives


A parent governor representative shall be entitled to vote at a meeting of an education overview and scrutiny committee of which he is a member on any question—
(a) which relates to any education functions which are the responsibility of the authority concerned’s executive, and
(b) which falls to be considered at the meeting.
