# The Parent Governor Representatives (England) Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Requirement for education overview and scrutiny committees to include parent governor representatives


A local education authority shall appoint at least two but not more than five parent governor representatives to each of their education overview and scrutiny committees and sub-committees.
