# The Parental Responsibility Agreement (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 3: Amendments to the Parental Responsibility Agreement Regulations 1991


In regulation 2—
(a) at the end of paragraph (a) omit “and”;
(b) for the full stop at the end of paragraph (b) substitute “; and”; and
(c) after paragraph (b) insert—
“(c) under section 4ZA(1)(b) of that Act (acquisition of parental responsibility by second female parent) shall be made in Form C(PRA3) set out in that Schedule.”.
