  "text": "Section 26(2), (3) and (4) of the Act shall apply to any person employed by Park College immediately before 1st November 2003 as if —\n(a) the references in that section to a person to whom that section applies were to a person so employed;\n(b) the references in that section to the operative date were to 1st November 2003;\n(c) the references in that section to the transferor were to Park College; and\n(d) the references in that section to the corporation were to Sussex Downs College.",
