# The Park College (Dissolution) Order 2003, Article 3


Section 26(2), (3) and (4) of the Act shall apply to any person employed by Park College immediately before 1st November 2003 as if —
(a) the references in that section to a person to whom that section applies were to a person so employed;
(b) the references in that section to the operative date were to 1st November 2003;
(c) the references in that section to the transferor were to Park College; and
(d) the references in that section to the corporation were to Sussex Downs College.
