  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order dissolves with effect from 1st November 2003 the further education corporation established to conduct Park College. It provides for the transfer of Park College’s property, rights and liabilities to Sussex Downs College and transfers Park College’s staff to Sussex Downs College without breaking the continuity of their employment.",
