# Parking Act 1989, Paragraph 10


In section 4(3) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (institution of proceedings by local authorities for offences committed in connection with parking places provided by them), for “35(4), (5) or (7)” there shall be substituted “35A(1), (2) or (5)”.
