# Parking Act 1989, Paragraph 12


In Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 (fixed penalty offences), in the entry for section 35(4) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in Column 1, for “35(4)” there shall be substituted “35A(1)”.
