  "text": "NATIONAL LOTTERY\nMade 26th November 2005\nLaid before Parliament 29th November 2005\nComing into force 1st January 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1) and 3 of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.\nIn accordance with paragraph 2(4) of Schedule 3A to that Act she has received an application made for the purpose by the bodies proposing to participate in the joint scheme, namely the New Opportunities Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund.",
