  "text": "National Lottery\nMade 3rd December 2008\nLaid before Parliament 4th December 2008\nComing into force 1st January 2009\nWhereas the Secretary of State has by Order authorised the Parks for People (England) Joint Scheme (“the Scheme”), having received an application made for the purpose by the bodies proposing to participate in the joint scheme, namely the Big Lottery Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund;\nAnd whereas the participants in the Scheme have modified it and have applied to the Secretary of State for an Order to be made authorising the Scheme as so modified;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 2(1), 3 and 6(1) of Schedule 3A to the National Lottery etc Act 1993.",
