# Parks Regulation (Amendment) Act 1974, Paragraph 2


After section 3 there shall be inserted the following section:—
“ Attestation of park constables.
3A Every park constable shall on appointment be attested as a constable by making a declaration before a justice of the peace that he will duly execute the office of constable.”
