# The Parliamentary Commissioner (No. 2) Order 2011, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (“the Act”). Article 2 of this Order substitutes the Schedule to this Order for Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation). The addition of the Office for Budget Responsibility is to correct an omission inadvertently made by the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2011 (S.I. 2011/751). The following table shows the changes that have been made to Schedule 2 by this Order.
