  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order further amends Schedule 3 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967, which sets out matters which are not subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration, so as to exclude from the provisions of that Schedule any action taken on behalf of the Secretary of State for Social Services by the Broadmoor Hospital Board and the Moss Side and Park Lane Hospitals Board.",
