  "text": "In Schedule 4:\n(a) insert in the appropriate place in alphabetical order the following entries:—\nTraffic Commissioners appointed under section 4 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981\nAdjudicators appointed under article 7 (1) (b) of the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Northern Ireland) Order 2002\n(b) delete the following entries:—\nPensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland constituted under section 6 of, and the Schedule to, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943\nFinancial Services Tribunal constituted under section 96 of the Financial Services Act 1986\n(c) for “Special Educational Needs Tribunal constituted under section177 of the Education Act 1993” substitute “Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal”.",
