# The Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2006 S.I. 2006/3328 · made 14 December 2006 This Order amends the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967. It adds the bodies referred to in article 2(a) to the list of departments and authorities which are subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration; it deletes from that list those bodies referred to in article 2(b); and it amends those entries in the list referred to in article 2(c) and (d). This Order deletes the bodies referred to in article 3 from the list of bodies whose administrative functions may be subject to investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration under the terms of section 5(7). This Order also revokes instruments amending the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 which are spent. (2) This Order comes into force on 22nd January 2007.
