  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nArticle 2 of this Order substitutes Schedule 1 to this Order for Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (Departments etc subject to investigation).\nArticle 3 of this Order substitutes Schedule 2 to this Order for Schedule 4 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (Relevant tribunals for the purposes of section 5(7)).\nThis Order also revokes, in whole or in part, instruments amending the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 which are spent.",
