# The Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2008, Article 4: Amendment to Schedule 3 to the Act


In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 3 to the Act, between the words “Strategic Health Authority” and “Special Health Authority”, omit the words “Health Authority”.
