# The Parliamentary Commissioner Order 2009, Article 2: Amendment to Schedule 2 to the Act


In Schedule 2 to the Act (Departments etc. subject to investigation)—
(a) insert the following entries in the appropriate place—
“Board of the Pension Protection Fund.”;
“Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.”;
“Official receiver”;
“Probation trusts.”;
(b) insert the following note after the general note—
“Board of the Pension Protection Fund
In the case of the Board of the Pension Protection Fund, an investigation may be conducted only in respect of action in connection with its functions relating to the financial assistance scheme established by regulations under section 286(1) of the Pensions Act 2004.”.
